8-months Kamil’s transformation
Kamil is a person who has little free time in his schedule, but he decided to change his body. Below I present the results of our cooperation.

- Solving the problem of sitting people, i.e. upper crossed syndrome
How did the training look like?
- 8 months
- FBW strength training 3 times a week.
- Elements of medical training with a priority on open the chest muscles and strengthening the back muscles and muscles around the spine.
- A lot of spontaneous activity. After strength training Kamil was able to go on a bike and ride even 70-80 km on bicycle.
How did the nutrition look like?
- 5 regular meals.
- We did not follow any ristrict diet in the case of Kamil, we only stuck to low GI products.
- Ssupplementation: protein, creatine.
